Experienced Military Executive and Joint Director with a demonstrated successful career working in Special Operations. Skilled in Operational Design, Negotiation, Project Management, Counterterrorism, Intelligence, and Strategy. Strong business and technology acumen with a Top-Secret Clearance, BSBA from Bucknell University and a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.

I am a US Army Special Forces Officer (Green Beret) that retired from active duty during the summer of 2019 after having served over 29 years. I hail from New Jersey and I received a BSBA from Bucknell University (Pennsylvania) where I participated in ROTC and played varsity soccer for four years.

I have served the preponderance of my career in either Command or Operations positions and have worked throughout Europe, Middle East, and Central, South America and the Caribbean working with international Special Operations Forces, Non-Governmental Organizations, US Embassy leadership and Inter-agency personnel.

I have worked independently, served as part of small teams and I have led groups spanning 12 to 1200 specially selected, trained and tested multi-service, multi-national teams of elite professionals. My resume and work history reflect that I have managed large budgets comprised of multiple funding lines, and small precise investments that provided critical, strategic effects. My vast experience has taught me that risk management, a sound prioritization process and logistical planning is essential to strategic planning efforts.

I believe that the workforce is the critical part of a high performing organization, and that an organization that invests in, trains, rewards and challenges its workforce will succeed. Teams succeed when they are built on core principles grounded by integrity, accountability, persistence, loyalty, empowerment, creativity, precision, urgency and respect for individuals and family.
